How to Say NO to those Nasty Zits

Are you one of those 85% all over the world who are affected with acne? Most likely, it was not the only one that feels insecure in the face of others with zits occupying your face. It is really horrible! Acnes is not only caused by external factors. But internal factors, which have their oil glands are also to be blamed for this misery.

In fact, for treating acne is to prevent them for the first time the first zit ever developed. Never allow another sprout in the face of it caused by the bacterium acnes can spread easily without you knowing it. Here are some tips on how to scream a big NO these acne:

1 Stop squeezing those acnes. You do not want to mess up and worsen your skin condition, would you? Then stop the spread of bacteria and acne popping them yourself.

2 Wear off any makeup before going to bed. Make up can cause clogging of your pores. A block in your pores can cause acne. Sleep with clean, fresh face.

3 Change of towels, pillowcases and bedding regularly. Germs and bacteria can stay on these things and can worsen your acnes.

4 Water and more water. At the same level of those toxins out of your body, drink lots of water.

5 Get that hair away from your face. Hair can contribute to irritation of your acnes. You can push the hair from the ponytail to maintain a smooth face that has acne-free.

6 Dedicate some time to exercise. Exercise may help in regulating body through good blood circulation. Exercise can also wash off the stress, which is another cause of acne.

Remember you do not have to miss the party more because they have acne all over your face. Thus, an acne occurs in the first instance, say no to them and to restore confidence in yourself by following these tips.
